I am giving Q nails 5 stars but wish I could give 6! The salon is clean and welcoming, the staff knowledgeable and pleasant. The owners, Dawn and Éric are not only extremely careful and pay attention to detail but delightful people. They offer a range of services and are always timely in keeping their appointments. In 7 years I have never been disappointed.

Worst experience ever!!! Overpriced and you pay for upgraded service that is never provided. Why would you make the chpcie to go to this hole in the wall when a nail salon is on every corner!!! Especially when its cheaper and the service is better. Worst upgraded massage I have ever received. They charge for removal of gel polish!!!!

I discovered Q. Nails over a year ago, and I have been coming back ever since! I absolutely love the services this establishment provides and at such good prices. Eric does such a beautiful job on my nails, and is really skilled and proficient at what he does. They are always willing to accommodate anyone and everyone when they arrive. The salon is very clean and neat, and nicely decorated with several massage chairs and nail stations. This is truly the best salon in Costa Mesa and Newport, I have never had any problems while coming here and you won't be disappointed!

I just moved into the neighborhood and have been looking for a new nail salon within walking distance. I have tried every nail salon on 17th street and always felt rushed; as if I was putting them out by wanting my nails done and that they were doing me a favor taking my money. Q Nails is the polar opposite of them all. I went there for the first time today. Got a pedicure and a gel manicure and they both look great. The salon is small but roomy; the staff is courtesy and attentive. Things that are important to me in a nail salon. Q Nails is the best by far.

This is my favorite nail salon in the area! The people are very friendly, nice and I love their pedicures. I have pink and white tips, basic manicure, and a few different pedicures. I get deluxe pedicure where they use scrub and it's great! I will be seeing them soon.
