Just moved in back in February! I can’t understand why the comments are so bad.. I had a good application process, the apartment I moved in is in a great spot! My neighbors are quite and to themselves. I don’t have a roach issue at all! My apartment had new carpet and fresh paint, new toilets everything was immaculate! The only negative is the dumpster area people just throw it by the dumpster ! They don’t attempt to try to put it in the dumpster so it causes a lot of raccoons to be there at Night. I don’t dump my trash at night so I have no issue but it is pretty gross i feels sorry for the people who clean it up it’s ridiculous. But I haven’t had any issues with my apartment . It’s quiet and my a/c blows ice balls ! I love it here

Ralph has helped me out this is the 2nd time and he is a very kind and has good customer service skills he is the best. I had issues w/ my bill and so he really looked into it and helped me outfigureing what's wrong w/ the situation...

Been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks now trying to get an appt. they are not answering the phone but you cannot do an application online!! I know they are ignoring my calls because when I call once it rings multiple times and then every time after that it’s busy like they’re leaving the phone off the hook or something. Very unprofessional. Perhaps they need new staff willing to work

I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I don’t care how desperate you are do not move here. From the time I moved in my apartment there were roaches. I complained several time to the office about it. They would say an exterminator would come out or did. After extermination day the roaches seemed to have multiple and I saw absolutely no dead roaches. I had to buy my own spray, roach motel traps, and the roach bomb to get rid of most of the roaches. I still have a few in my apartment. I don’t know what’s worse besides the roaches, the stove not working or the ac not working. Maintenance comes into our apartment patch things up or don’t come at all. They go up on your rent and pulling a fast one on their tenants having us pay a late fee on rent if it’s not paid on the 1st without any notice and tell us basically that’s the new rules and we have to deal with it and pay. On my lease it states after the 5th you are to pay a late fee of $75 and an additional fee after that. This place is straight trash and unprofessional. I CAN NOT wait until my lease is up. If I could at the moment I would have definitely broken my lease and paid whatever fees to get the hell out of there. (RB)

My daughter can't get them to fix anything nor spray for the roaches!! It's ridiculous and is a major health hazard! Gonna call health dept. And code enforcement to report them asap! Management doesn't care and the whole entire staff needs to be fired!
