Loved my experience there. I also took pictures at their portrait studio, the manager was very friendly and professional., she made us feel welcomed and relaxed during our photo session. After the session we were able to ride the elevator and do some shopping on both levels. there were great deals to take an opportunity of. The store was clean and neat. I was looking for sneakers for my daughter and was able to find everything quickly. Shopping for girls clothing was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

For the love of God "Jack" as a manager do me a favor and actually apologize for keeping the actual paying customer waiting rather than the paid associate. If it wasn't for A'liyah...my trip would have altogether been a waste.

Always loved JC Penny's. Been going there over 30 years. Love the coupons online and the regular deals. Just picked up a $50 shirt on sale with a coupon and an extra $10 from points for $12.
