What can I say. Wow the products are really high quality for the price. Originally I was unsure about buying these spa-chairs but after going in for a visit and talking to Vincent, I found that the chairs are really made of high quality. Vincent did a great job informing me about how the chairs were handmade and can be tailored to customers specifications. I was really impressed! I can't wait for my chairs to arrive! Fun fact Vincent was actually the one who created the nail bar!

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I ordered 2 pedicure tubs on the 5th of August they were on sale. I received a receipt and order number. I never got a call or tracking number to set up delivery like the website said. The website also said "free shipping" and the tubs were on sale so I purchased them and NO SHIPPING was listed on the receipt, just my total. I emailed them on the 20th asking where the bowls were, etc. No response. Now today is the 23, I called yesterday and got no answers. Called again today and they told me they never received the order and I have to pay another $110+ per tub (two tubs) for shipping. I have an order number and a receipt saying my total and no shipping. They basically said "too bad" I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. I was depending on these tubs to open my salon.

This company does not know what customer service is. We spent almost $3000.00 with them to purchase a chair for my small independent salon. The tub itself was as-is but the new faucet and discharge pump they claimed to have installed was not! Even their service technician Josh admits to this. The first use it leaked from the site where the drain was connected to the discharge pump and from the handle of the "brand new" faucet (a slow steady drip). This flooded my salon overnight. When I called for assistance I was told by the tech that his boss Tammy would not allow him to come out and fix the problem. Even tho he was sorry and obviously felt bad there was nothing he could do. I so frustrated and want to warn everyone to beware of this business. This was not my only problem that occurred but this is definitely the worst one with this company. I plan to leave reviews on every site I can find to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else! It is so sad that they would take advantage of a small independent business and a single working mother this way. This money took a long time for me to save and now I have to try to save more to have a plumber come fix what they should be responsible for!!!! I would leave zero stars if I could.
