Typically when I go to Lexi Nails I have no issues but today I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and based off this visit, I probably will not be returning.
I called at 2:13 and asked if they had time to remove my nails to which the lady responded they could do it at 3:30. I got there and it was packed. The man asked me what I needed and I told him I had called earlier to confirm they had time to remove my nails and how the lady told me I could come at 3:30. He told me it’d just be a minute and about 10-15 minutes later he finally got to me.
When he got to me he didn’t soak my nails or anything. He just started to pick at them and remove them with an acrylic tip. While doing so, he made three of my nails bleed as they were ripped from my nail bed because of how fast and careless he was at removing them. He also didn’t apply any nail treatment oil when he finished as other places have done so in my past. I understand it’s only $10 compared to the $50+ they could be making from doing nails, but don’t offer a service if you’re not going to treat all customers alike.
It was a nightmarish experience and nobody should ever have to go through this.

I have hardly ever had to wait for an appointment here when just dropping by and they always have appointments available if I call ahead. The prices are great and the service is always excellent. Staff have been able to do the nail art I've requested without hesitation. Very friendly and accommodating.

I walked in for a gel pedicure about 6:30pm on 9/10/18. I'm posting this review on 10/29/18. I rock climb, mountain bike, hike, swim, and generally do a lot of things that are hard on my feet. I live in the desert so my toes are often if not always exposed. This pedicure looks almost perfect 7 weeks later despite the new growth. I highly recommend Lexi Nails for the quality of their services, I will definitely be back!

These people are great at what they do, i am very hard on my nails and tend to go too long between fills. They never break off on they dont peel/chip at the sides. I will go no where else!

I've been going here for almost 5 years and have never been disappointed. Usually busy which reflects their work. Worth the wait. Love my full sets when I choose to be girly and the pedicures are so relaxing.
