Great selection of polish, including Zoya brand. CiCi was professional and pleasant.

Fantastic salon! I've had my nails done by Lin and Kylie. Both do a wonderful job as I'm sure they all do. Kylie is very neat, gentle and does an impeccable job. They are all so very pleasant as well. I also have to add that one day I mixed up the time of my appt. and came an hour earlier. They never let on that I came at the wrong time, they simply kept doing my nails and quietly accommodated the other client who came in at the time I was supposed to. It was one of those days for me (yikes!) but for them I have to say they were so professional, as always, and when I finally realized and apologized, Kylie just laughed and assured me it was not a problem. Great salon and great service!

2 stars, at best. Overall, my first time experience at Muses Nails lacked living up to the expectations its online photos and reviews bestowed. I'll start off by stating that the location is much, smaller than it appears to be online. The decor is identical, but looks better in its online photos taken by both the business and its customers. That said, a friend of mine and I walked in without appointments and they were thankfully able to accommodate us with a short wait. It appeared they were understaffed because many mani/pedi tables weren't being utilized (hence the short wait). I sat with a nail tech whose name will remain anonymous for a mani/pedi. For my first time, I only wanted a regular mani/pedi, but still with callus removal of which she ultimately forgot to do entirely, but she showed me that it made more sense for me to do a spa pedicure with a regular manicure when it came to price point. Honestly, I was so exhausted from it being two days after Christmas that I didn't even bother to really ensure that was the case or not. Moving on, the pedicure was good, but the 10min massage apart of it lacked there of. It felt equivalent to the free massage nail salons now give you when your hands are drying after a manicure. For that reason alone; I would've rather went with the reg. mani/pedi. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worst when my nail tech started my mani in the pedi-chair without my request/consent, but she'd literally already started while my feet were drying from polish, so I just went with it. Next, was my mani; which my hand not only looked better when completed, but even felt better when it came to the time and attention that my left hand was given. So much, that my left pinky-nail of which I had green color on for the holidays; still remained with a leftover tint on it and that was even after I'd asked the nail tech to continue trying to remove any/all residue from my previous mani. However, I was allowed to leave with my nail looking like that and I didn't want to entertain making a spectacle out of the situation because I knew I'd never return because I was only visiting for the holidays, but with a friend of mine who lives in the immediate area. Lastly, while I was drying my nails at the mani-station; the complimentary massage of which I normally never entertain receiving (despite it being free of charge), I did and it was probably one of the worst I'd ever received to date (hence why I dont entertain them in the first place), but again; I was very, tired and allowed things to just flow and by doing so, my overall experience was a generous, 2 out of 5 stars. P.S. I especially didn't like when I was told that my nails were done drying just to speed up the process of me making payment; followed by their membership card being presented to me with a full breakdown of how much money I spend = how many points I earn. Very, tacky, business tactic.
