To say that I am not a big fan of going to the Dentist is a major understatement. I have put off routine visits for quite awhile because of bad experiences at several different offices. I gave Seven Meadows Dental a try due to several very promising recommendations. I found it to be the best dental experience possible (again not a fan of the process) The office was clean and the front staff very friendly and helpful. They were running right on time and very thorough for a new patient visit. The Dental Hygienist was very understanding and sympathetic to my quirks. She was focused on getting the job done with as little discomfort as possible. The Dentist was very friendly and on-time. He offered several options for the future to make these routine visits easier for me. I was impressed and actually made my (6) month appointment while there.

I have been visiting this Dentist office for the past 6 years and I love the staff and both of the Dentists! The facility is clean and the staff is extremely customer focused. They make the visit to the Dentist a pleasant one each and every time and they only suggest work you need. I would recommend them for anyone in the Katy, TX area!

So I called Meadows Dental because I have been having this toothache and gum swollen to a point that it looks like someone Hulk punched me on the right side of my cheek. I had this issue for 7 months. I called many Dentals in the past to make an appointment but before I did that I tell the front desk how my pain feels, how it looks and what could be causing this. They couldn't tell me anything with a disrespectful manner or they don't have time to add their opinion in to help a little. ImI'nit saying they know everything aboutadental issues but atleat lbe human. Today I called Meadows Dental and the lady that picked up the phone around her closing time had no issue trying to help like a professional. I mean she is professional. Like I said it was her closing time but she gave me so many helpful information before I made an appointment that I was 100 percent satisfied and felt a lot better to make an appointment here. She know what she's talking about. Remind you I work 6 days a week 10 hours every day and this pain has been messing up alot of my day to day plan honestly for over 7 months and when I spoke to Margaret she made everything feel alright. Thank you again Margaret. You are the best. I meant that.

Just so you know I don't just hand out five stars to any business. Dr. Laing is my dentist who has kept my teeth healthy and chomping like beaver on wood. He has performed one root canal correcting the last crown failure that allowed for this tooth to need one. Pain free I must add. He has done two crown corrections for me and has suggested that another crown is still good enough even after the previous dentist botched it up from a simple re gluing since over time it had come out... (okay it was the taffy I ate but it was almost worth it). The crown doesn't sit all the way on the reshaped tooth and the last dentist blamed me for not biting down hard enough - yeah right! No it was the amount of glue they put in the crevice of the crown that didn't allow for the crown to sit down all the way and to be elevated higher than what it should have been; but that's neither here nor there. So in an effort to get it to sit correctly the old dentist ended up grinding the crown to where the metal porcelain was gone and the metal was exposed looking aesthetically tacky. It took many years of so-so and horrible dentists and dental office staffers to finally find a great dental office like this one and it was by chance and major coincidence as I saw it from the pizza place that used to be across the street. I was so disappointed with a crummy job that the previous dentist did on the crown requiring the root canal (different from the first one) from Dr Laing as it started to hurt as I was actually chewing on my Pizza. I looked across the street and there was Seven Meadows Dental. I think it was a calling or maybe an epiphany or it could have just been the spicy chicken sausage from the deep dish pizza. Any how I thank God for finding this Dentist and his wife Dr. Fillman and great staff. This post was way over due for I have been a patient for years (remember the pizza place across the street).
