My princess wanted a pedicure today but its labor day and everywhere was closed. I saw Best Nails was open but they were shutting off the lights and were locking up. I told them my daughter just wanted a pedicure and when they saw her cute little sad face they turned the lights back on and gave her a full pedicure! She loved it and she loved how her toes looked! THANK YOU so much to Best Nails for going above and beyond to make my princess's day! It meant so much to her!

I was a first time client today. I got the worst manicure ever. When I walked in and told the man at the front about my appointment, he was playing on his phone and waited until he was finished to help me. I was never asked about what shape I wanted for my nails. The lady used a file meant for acrylic nails on my natural nails and really messed up the length and some of the integrity. There was NO massage. She spent the most time fixing the white on my French then the entire manicure. On top of that I spent $20 bucks which is what you expect from a high end salon/area. I brought my frustrations up to the woman that collected my money and she had NO response to the issues i expressed. My mom referred me here so they could have made a new client but instead I'm leaving disappointed.

The best in waukegan so far.the only shop i will be going to from now on.when i went everything was excellent.i loved my nails and toes.they really do good work.do not go to the shop in fountain square they will mess your hands up.your nails will be hurting and burning.i didn't experience this with best nails because their service was outstanding.
