I went to US Nail Salon today for the first time, Kay was my nail technician and she did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. Very nice, and attentive. She made sure I was happy with my nails. I will be her regular customer now.

I was charged $45 for gel ombre polish. Gel polish should last at least two weeks. Not only did I pay extra for it but it started peeling after 3 days and I had the ones that peeled redone only to have the rest peel and chip a day or 2 later. I had also advised trim at the time that they were not completydry and she told me they were. The polish really only lasted a week and they refused to redo it or give discount on repaint. I've been going there for quite some time and they have really gone downhill in the last 6 months. I will not return.
