I’ve been to this salon several times and it has generally been great. The quality of the work is great. However, after what i experienced today i will never attend this salon again. The unprofessionalism and lack of concern for a customer’s time supersedes the quality of heir work. I was there waiting for over 25 minutes with the impression that i would be served next. It turned out to be a lie in order for me to wait. I’d rather go to a salon that is honest, true to their wait times, true to their appointments then to step foot in this place again.
Poor management. Poor customer service.

Drove an hour to get here based on pictures I saw on social media & when I tell you this place is a joke I really regret coming. Will never return. Waited an hour because their short staffed & the lady couldn’t even do the proper style this place is ran by an unhelpful joke “MAX” they call him. Wish I can give 0 stars.

I really enjoyed the livelihood of everyone there. Everyone was really sweet and Ki got my nails to look just how I wanted them. Definitely coming back!

New owner Max is money hungry and overcharges whenever he’s gets the perfect opportunity to. Especially on new clients. His work is not neat and he rushes with each customer. If you ever decide to go there ask for Kii. She’s great.

It has been sold and is no longer named pretty nails. The new owner and staff are nice. I was there with my wife and she was happy, that's all I have to say about that.
