Amazing salon! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I do my hair with Cristen and I have never been happier. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes her time with you. After years of being blonde, I finally reached the color I was aiming for. I wouldn't have gotten there without her! Her assistant Melissa is also amazing! My sister does her hair with AP and she is just as talented! Everyone here is very knowledgeable. I do recommend booking in advance because they do get booked! (but it is 100% worth the wait and price!!)

Love this place! The owners and staff are wonderful. Best mani/pedi ever. I have friends that have had their hair done there and they loved the results. I would highly recommend!

Worst customer service experience with salon staff and stylist Cristen. After going back and forth for weeks between consult and appointment scheduling the salon had no availability and refused to see me or render services. I spent days fighting begging to get my deposit back and they were extremely reluctant to do so.

I love this place! Everyone is welcoming, the salon is clean and my hair stylist Yessey is THE BEST!! Such a sweet, knowledgeable stylist, she has the best interest in the health of your hair always, that's important to me. I highly recommend Yessey and Serene salon to anyone with hair styling needs!

Cristen Smith is the best! You are always seen at the time of your appointment... there is never a wait. The entire staff is awesome
