Terrible experience! They put the nail on and cut it too short so when I asked for longer length they ignored me the first two times but when I asked a third time the lady told me “it’s good” and proceeded to put the acrylic on. I proceeded to ask AGAIN for longer length and they then said, “ we already added the acrylic.” With my birthday being the next day this was a really terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone ever! The man also stopped filling my nails in the middle of him doing so and went to the next step and rushing. Please save your money

if i could give them 0 stars I would i have, my friend asked for longer nails before they did anything and another employee said “they’re good” like it was her hands the nails were going on and nobody asked for her input. terrible service dont go here they are horrible

My nails were lumpy and uneven they pretended they didn't see it. On top of that one was so thin it broke in a week. I paid $25 for a full set i needed a refill in one week too. The color and design were off. And they talk about us like dogs. I turned on Google Translate and auto detect to translate. Save your money and time.
