I wish I could give zero stars.
The lady there was acting very sensitive and she completely loose it. She needs to control her emotions or something.
We all have bad days but if she can’t handle people she shouldn’t have this kind of job.
She yell at us, I was with my daughter and my granddaughter.
Probably they need to take longer breaks so they don’t get irritated over someone asking for a nail polish.
I used to come here all the time but seriously this new management needs to improved.
I will have to choose a different place next time.

I was here today for a pedicure, this is my first time here, and Bonnie was very polite and friendly, she did a very good job to my toes, I really like her service, the place is very clean and organized, I came in a good time because it wasn’t busy and I was able to go in and get out very quick! I will go back to get my pedicure again!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! They do not do a good job and are very RUDE!!!! One of them burned my face when I went in for a wax.

I asked the lady to not file or buff my nails because my nails are really sensitive and she refused to give me service. This is not my first time coming to this salon and I always ask them the same thing and she refused to do them because my acrylics weren't going to last if she didn't file and buff them. Even after me telling her that I always get them like that everywhere I go and I have gotten them done like that at this salon. And I repeated to her that I don't care if they don't last that long she still refused to do them and told me to leave. If a costumer is telling you their nails are sensitive or even if they aren't sensitive, that they don't want your nails file and buffed that should listen because I'm the one paying.

This review is for a service I received about a year ago. I see other reviews say new management so I hope that helped: I went there to remove my gel nail polish and they did not follow the normal procedure but started ripping off the polish along with layers of my nails! I could have done that at home and was trying to get it professionally done to save my nails. I haven't gone back since then as I don't trust them.
