Today even for a Wednesday was a rush day for the salon. I asked for a specific stylist. And got someone else for my nails without asking me was it okay. Needless to say I am not satisfied. I asked over and over about things that was supposed to be done. Just to be told it didn't have to go that way.. I feel like we pay to much money for shortcuts and half jobs to be done. Unfortunately this was the draw for me. I'll be finding a new salon home.

I give a 4 because my nails always turn out great but the service is lacking. I always get seated with the same guy and on this last visit I finally learned his name is Tony. Tony doesn't speak, rolls his eyes and is very short with answers (just from me making small talk, not asking for extra or anything.) Nobody else has ever given me a problem. I mean is it too much to ask for the person touching your hands to say something every once in a while, especially sitting there almost an hour. Regardless I always love my nails, I'll just ask for someone different next time.

LOVE IT. GOING TOMORROW FOR MY PEDICURE. LOTS AND LOTS OF STATIONS. I'M ALSO GOING TO GET MY EYEBROWS WAXED. I GIVE THEM A 10 OUR OF 10.I not sure why but the service is a 2 out of10. I wouldn't take my dog to Elite.

I had been here a few times. A bit annoying that they continually tell me how my eye brows need waxed, but I could deal. I was there 2 days ago as I have a formal event this weekend. I chose a gel color that has a match to the regular polish for my pedicure. The colors were not even close to being alike. Which I need for the event. I kept saying they don’t match and was assured that it did, with several eye rolls and a ‘you crazy’. About half way through my pedicure my lady left to go seat another costumer. Then took about 10 minutes to find a lotion pack for her. When she finally came back, she had me sloppily polished and pushed under a dryer in about 2 minutes. She then bounced up and said you pay me now. I said these colors do not match at all. I was ignored and told you pay me now. I asked for my ticket and said we don’t do that. I asked how will I know what to pay and she told me you just pay. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. The customer service was awful, the job awful, and the lack of customer respect was terrible. After I finally determined how much I was to pay, $63 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure, she asked / announced one more time ‘you wax your eye brow’. No I won’t. And no, I won’t be back. I don’t often write reviews, but I had to because this place is truly a piece of work.

I went here last month because pretty nails were packed ! And the ppl were so damn rude and had some bad attitudes ! I wish they would close the place down , I know I’ll never step back in there , I don’t care if they were the only nail shop in the whole world I wouldn’t recommend to anybody! I wish I could give them no star!
