I want to know that I am going to get a better than average manicure, pedicure, facial, or any service I am buying when I go to a Spa. But above that, I need to like the person who is providing that service. At Changes, I look forward to seeing Irina, Stephanie, or the other women who occasionally help me when my usual technician is booked. They are concerned, efficient, professional, and take pride in the work they do. Enjoying their company, as well as the services they provide, makes for a good experience. The staff who check me in and out are the icing on the cake. Thank you.

Irina B. is amazing with my natural nails. Very talented, (great hand massage) & my poish didn't event chip for 6 days. Amazing considering I work with my hands all the time. Add refreshments to help take your mind away from the World outside the door and it's perfect. Thanks Irina & Changes!

I would highly recommend this Salon! Sandy is the best colorist...not only did she give me what I wanted, she also listened and guided me in the direction that would work best with my hair...this girl is amazing and you can't go wrong sitting in her chair! Thanks for making me feel amazing!! Your professionalism is most appreciated!!!

Amazing spa located in the heart of Ghent! Looks tiny from the front but its huge on the inside! You can spend a whole day in here getting pampered. I got a facial done and the ambiance was beyond relaxing and the techs were so professional and caring. Definitely arrive early to secure parking and to fill out questionnaires provided. Will go back for a full day of pampering soon!
