I’m so disappointed in this shop. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and today's experience has cost them a loyal customer. I just waited over an hour just to be told they don’t have the staff to accommodate me. This was beyond inconsiderate and a waste of my time. Staff should’ve informed me that they were working with limited staff, who were only capable of doing simple nail work. Will not be returning and would suggest other to think twice before going.

Ok so I’ve been going here for years love the atmosphere! Love that it’d quite and clean! The technicians at time can be a hit or miss but I have found a couple that I hold on too. Sam is my absolute favorite he has an eye and takes his craft seriously and he’s patient!!! He did these and trust me the picture doesn’t do them justice wish I can upload a video !! He is awesome

Quick and efficient. Got my man I and pedi done on less than an hour and a half. Great service. Friendly staff

The owner & wife lisa are ALWAYS rushing clients!!! My appointments are always being delayed or skipped.
Everyone does not know how to do designs so if a client has a nail tech who does not know how to do designs they will pull a diff nail tech and inconvenience the other customer so that the design can be completed.
The owner broke my nail in half as he was trying to remove my nails for a full set. I kept saying OUCH but he didnt stop. Instead he kept giving excuses!!!!
Then boom he snaps my nail in half and says it was a little bit. But my nails was bleeding to where Lisa came and placed peroxide on my nail. She takes off my nails with ease and cares for the broken nail.
As a regular customer you would think i would get offered a free set or a discount... but when i asked Lisa laughed.
As she continued to do my nails i gave her the design i wanted and she told me if i become complicated she wont do my nails anymore. Once again i am a paying, regular customer!!!!!
The pedicure employees are nice and i never had a problem with any of them.
The nail artist are nice but they rush the experience and there is never a set price.
If you go this nail salon you can go to Lisa as she does great nails but the customer service is horrible, but NEVER go to the owner he does not know what he is doing!!!!
Owner is rude.
Receptionist (young lady and young man) are always confused on appointments and rude.
I also got a pedicure... which is always rushed!!! My right big toe was crooked, and my left big toe was clipped as if i had a hang nail and i dont get hang nails... so a piece was ripped out of my skin for no reason... of course there is still polish left on my skin.
To cover up mistakes they just use a bunch of oil....
I paid $118.00 for a new set, design, gel polish, and gel pedicure.
The pedicure was $48.00....
And lisa told me because of my nail accident she was giving me $10 off because thats the price to remove nails....
Fyi its $5 to remove nails and $10 to soak nails off.... All she did was up charge me on the pedicure....
Regular pedicure is $25*$15 gel polish..... why is it $48?
Dont believe me, look at the rest of the reviews. This shop does not respect loyal paying customers!!! And if you dont get what they want you to have they do your nails anyway they want as if what you want doesnt matter.
Dont expect to see actual nail prices because there isnt any. Only prices are for the feet.

I’m giving them 3 stars because they are not organized with appointments!! You set an appointment and still have to wait 15 to 30mins later! Also you have to be very clear and detailed when booking an appointment because they will set your appointment for a short period and end up not getting your pedicure done with a particular nail tech if you want one! But Mercy is great! She is my favorite there and does nails and pedicure excellent!!! She is the best!!
