Always a great experience, from Tyler at the front desk to the stylists that do my hair. With my type of job it's hard to plan anything in advance with a schedule that's always changing and they always manage to get me in and I never leave disappointed! They are welcoming and very down to earth, so I highly recommend this salon! They definitely take care of their clients!!!!

Everything was great until the last time I got highlights and lowlights. I have a line an inch from my scalp where the highlights start, only 2 weeks after. Went in to get it fixed, spent an over an hour of my time and it is still not fixed. Pretty disappointing considering I spent $200 to get this done. Will not be back!

Great place, great vibe, excellent care and service. I've got too much hair and just about any service takes forever. Savannah listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the right color I had been seeking. She was patient, thorough, and meticulous with her technique. She also got assistance from her fellow stylists to assist with expediting some of the process steps. My hair looks and feels better than it has in years. Having recently moved to RO, I have tried several area salons, looking for a hair care home. I found it in Black Salon with Savannah! Job well done!

I’m very particular about who I left touch my hair and was never disappointed. Trish and Paige left the salon so I no longer get my hair cut here but I would call Bri if I ever wanted to come back!

Great atmosphere and they have Tuesday community evenings. Tai Crawford is excellent
