The ladies working were very friendly and attentive. But there needs to be more of them. Several people got up and left because of wait times.

Brought my daughter in last night at 6:30pm to get a couple of inches cut off her long hair that was basically all one length. She normally goes somewhere else with me but didn't want to wait so we decided to go here since it was close. BIG mistake... the stylist was Jordan. As I'm watching her cut my daughter's hair. I could tell from where i was sitting that it wasn't even. Then when she was done, she asked another girl(maybe Macie) to check it. That girl started fixing it which meant cutting more off to make it even. When we left my daughter said it was a lot shorter than what she wanted, which I figured because they ended up taking about 4 inches off!! But we just left and went home. Once home we flat ironed it... it's so uneven!!! I texted my stylist her picture and she couldn't believe how uneven it is. Now tonight I'm taking my daughter to my stylist to be fixed. We will never go back! And no, I didn't call and complain because what's done is done. A lot shorter than what she wanted and uneven!!

Very friendly staff. This location has always been great. I have had good stylists at other locations also. This one I always seem to get right in and never have a long wait.
