Great place the new management is awesome Victoria is the greatest work orders are done quick . apartments are spacious . Great management put in a work order and maintence was here the same day . The office is ruin like a well oiled machine . Thanks for all the hard work

The new management is awesome. Work orders are done quickly and right. veronica the new manager is great and always has time to talk about any concerns you have. I live this place. it can only get better with this new team.

So far so good, recently moved in and the little issues we had were addressed right away... being able to request maintenance and pay rent in a app is amazing.

I Recommend this place 110% easy application process, the staff in the office are amazing, helped me settle in my new home. overall this place is very nice and in a good location, close to a lot of shopping centers/restaurants, im very happy!!

We lived there for 4 years Tiffany is awesome i sprayed to keep the bugs out lock up your car renters insurance is bull in the 90s they didnt have renters insurance just another way to make money off the working man/women but just like every other place they raise the rent $5.25 to $6.38 to !7.38 its not worth it the place is old if your gonna rais the rent remodle put up gates and make it a place to want to live at if you oder on line and have it mailed to your appartment if its left at the office they will not tell you you have a package here you have to take your mailing info and go check for youerself or you will never get it i never use the gym cus it closes at 5pm it should be 247 with a key j s
