Terrible. I told the lady what I wanted and even provided a picture. She sounded optimistic when she saw the photo, then proceeded to not do as I asked. When my boyfriend saw he asked if I got a bowl cut done on my bangs. She cut my hair too short for it to be fixed so I am stuck with it. The price was also horrendously expensive. I've never even paid so much for a good haircut. Never going back again.

Absolutely bombed my hair cut. I had a picture and what I ended up with was not even close. She did give me a discount for "miscommunication" but dang... It was an easy style... And the pic was right there the whole time.

Was a model for an interview and the staff there were very nice and made you feel comfortable and welcome.
