I arrived for a manicure and the woman behind the desk was rude. Once the nail tech had me seated she became annoyed with me for having gel polish on that she would need to remove. She tried for a while, but could not do it. I left with nails soaked in acetone and paint scraped off two nails. The service is unfortunate, because I would love to support local students. I will not be back.

Good at teaching, nothing more than that. They allow the students to cuss and talk about ANYTHING in front of clients of all ages. If you take your child there they will get a sex education before they leave. The financial aid guy is a quack and has NO idea what he's doing. Doesn't know how to talk to people. Won't let you get a word in edgewise either. They charge for every little thing. Only a few (1 or 2) of the instructors are actually personable. They have a very good reputation but not sure how that happened.

Came in to get a shellac pedicure. My friend who I was with suggested coming here because she's had good experiences in the past with getting her hair done. I had shellac previously before and had to get them soaked off. At the regular nail salon it's $5-10 for a gel/shellac soak off which takes about 10 minutes. There wasn't much advice mentioned or experience and the girls who were doing me and my friend's nails seemed like they have never gotten or learned about a pedicure in their lives. It took my girl practically an hour and a half just to get my nail polish off and afterwards, I didn't even get my nails painted because I had to leave for my friend's graduation who I was with. While checking out the lady at the front told me it was going to be $27 for the gel soak off. Obviously the person making the prices has NO experience in nail salon prices and decided to throw out a random number. I told her it's $5 at the salon and the receptionist responded with, "I don't make the prices and it takes a long time to remove it." I responded with, "It takes 10 minutes at the salon." If anything, I shouldn't have to pay extra because there was barely anyone overseeing your student and she wasn't experienced whatsoever in what she was doing. I asked to speak to a manager and they dropped it down to $8 which I reluctantly said okay. The receptionist was nice when we came in but her attitude quickly changed when I complained about how outrageous that price was. Not professional. I feel bad for the women who spend thousands of dollars to go there to learn and just get thrown in the deep end with something no one had taught them how to do. Furthermore, the girl doing my friend's nails announced that she was basically disgusted by my friend's feet which aren't bad at all. She said, "I'm literally worried about your health." To my friend who had a piece of lint under her toenail from her socks. She then presumed to make a sound of disgust while removing the lint from my friend's toenail. On top of that, the only thing she did was a polish change. They didn't scrub her callus or anything which they charged her $22 for. I told her she shouldn't have paid and should've just walked out but she is too nice in my opinion. Beyond livid and will never go here again.

These people!!! I tried to call today to get my hair fixed. The receptionist is unprofessional. She asked when I noticed my hair was cut wrong. But first thing she said was their policy is a week. So I had to pay. I hardly spoke. They didn't tell me policy when I walked in. I really liked the girl that cut my hair. She was sweet. But she cut it too short. First cut I knew. Everybody else likes it. I'm hot happy with it. I just wish they took it seriously. They whole place was a hot mess. The supervisors check every haircut afterwards the supervisor picked n pulled at my hair knowing it wasn't what I wanted. I saw her eyes when she looked in my eyes. I let it slide. Guess its my fault. But that place is hot mess
