Went for a haircut and first beard trim. Easy to schedule and Anna was nice and professional. She is obviously a student and learning. Instructor oversight seemed just right. Result was a good haircut and beard ready for maintenance and maturity. Price was really low and she didn't charge for any extras so I tipped her very well. I enjoyed it a lot and I'll be getting my hair and beard trimmed at the school from now on.

Sad to see this school go down in flames. Looks like it's permanently closed. Used to love getting $7 cuts and ingenuous, inventive people to try new things, but this place is out of business.

I had the sweetest girl Anna help me and she did a wonderful job! She even asked for my input on the colors and had great help with her supervisor. She saved my colors and even took a picture to remember what I liked. It was nice to save money at the same time.

Horrible. Made an appointment 5 hours in advance for a simple haircut, had to wait 15 minutes past when I showed up and watched other walk-ins taken in front of me. The girl doing the haircut didn't know even the basics, and spent 10 minutes snipping literally a few hairs. She then left for 15 minutes just leaving me in the chair alone without saying anything. Finally the instructor came with her and showed her how to cut around the ear. The instructor left, and she then totally did the opposite of what the instructor told her, and just started snipping individual hairs. She then left for another 15 minutes without explanation. After nearly an hour of sitting there for a simple haircut, I just took off the cape an walked out. As I left, it looked like she was just sitting at the front desk eating something. I honestly think that she must have a substance abuse problem or something. Some people should not go into this field as they have absolutely zero aptitude. This was one.

I will first say that the student I had gave me an okay pedicure based on my expectations of coming to a school, though the 3 women who came with me would not agree about theirs. I was very disappointed with my overall experience, though. They are apparently not equipped to give real pedicures; I was brought a tub of lukewarm water to put my feet in, no jets, no heater, no massage. The chairs don't adjust, so I was uncomfortably sitting on the edge the whole time to keep my feet in the right place (I'm 5'5", pretty average height). There were lights that had burned out and I could tell that the students were having a hard time seeing well while scrubbing and painting our toenails. We mentioned this to an instructor who completely ignored us. Speaking of instructors, absolutely no one observed their work or gave feedback. 3 of the students had little idea of what they were doing (again, not their fault) and were doing things in the wrong order. One had a great time goofing off, then got up and left with no comment, so we weren't sure if she had actually finished or not. I won't be coming back for any services in the future.
