Let me tell you, I've been to many nail places in my life and thought I had found THE one....and then they closed. I went to another nail place a few days before Christmas and though the nails were nice, they were not what I asked for and the tech was so rude I didn't say anything (yeah....I'm a softie). So that night I finally decided that I couldn't deal with them and started looking for places that were still open. My daughter recommended First Nail. It was 1/2 hour before closing so I called them. I spoke to Angela and she said to come right over, I arrived and they had their open sign off but were waiting right at the door for me. What businesses go out of their way like that?? Angela fixed my nails beautifully, all while speaking to me and treating me like an old friend and was so so sweet to me and my daughter. Went back today and got a balance and my daughter got a full set. I am so so glad that I went there. I will truly not go anywhere else. Tina and Angela are total sweethearts! Thank you ladies!!!

The ladies here do an impeccable job on pedicures and manicures. The calf massages during the pedicure are awesome! The prices are moderate and worth the price of service, but would not be considered exorbitant. While the women who work here may not speak English as a first language, they do a fantastic job and really communicate well with their customers.
I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You won't be disappointed with your experience.

We stopped in on a whim for their second day open. The ambiance is amazing and the management very kind. My daughter had a manicure which was so well done and I snagged a 10 minute massage.
BEST PLACE EVER!! I came to see if i could get my acrylics off and they cared so much for my nails. Definitely clean & friendly place, i recommend to everyone
If you are looking for a great spot to grab some personal time, stop by. You won't regret it.

I was in Westerville for a weekend getaway with my best friend when she needed to get her nails done. She found this nail salon on google, and we decided to give it a try. We were both greeted warmly by the staff when we came in. Inside it is very modern and warm.
While my friend was getting her nails done, I decided to treat myself to a specialty foot soak! I would definitely recommend this treatment. It was very relaxing and their massage chairs are great. No shame here!
My friend's manicure turned out great too, she was very pleased with the result. We will both definitely be back on our next trip! Very professional and clean.

I was nervous at first because the nail salon I always went to closed down. A friend recommended this place to me, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I went in and everyone was very helpful and welcoming! Great service, great staff, great experience. Definitely will be coming back!
