This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. They have made me bleed twice - once on a mani & the LAST time on both of my big toes! (That last session also took an hour - JUST for a pedicure!?)
Please do not waste your money on mediocre mani / pedis and UNSTERILIZED tools.

We recently moved to the area from Atlanta and were looking for a nail shop for my wife. I read the reviews and was hesitant to take my wife . We entered the establishment and were greeted. We explained that we did not speak Spanish and had customers offering to translate. Francis said she spoke some English and assisted my wife.
An appointment was scheduled with Francis and I must admit that she took her time and made sure we were satisfied.
It may be true that some in the shop don't speak English but don't let be the reason for not going. Make an appointment with Francis and she will take good care of you!

If I could give them a zero I would. Lousy customer service and no professionalism. You wait forever while workers sit around chatting.
