I went last night and it was a horrible experience. I called in the morning to make an appt, when we got there we waited 30 mins, then was told to chose our colors, when I showed him what I wanted he got up and went to the lady that was working. She came over and said that they didn't have time to do any sort of design or gems. So, I just said I wanted the color I chose. The man got upset and I could tell by the way he huffed and puffed as he got up out of his chair AGAIN. When I went to check out I was charged $3 extra dollars for a processing fee that was "posted on the wall". I asked about it and she said just that, it's a processing fee. Well the paper on the wall said .10 cents for every 10$. I even explained that $50 dollars spent did not add up to $3 and she sat there and argued. Ill never go back there. They are rude and pushed me into nails I didn't want. I had no idea I couldn't get the nails I wanted until we were half way through the process either!!!

Avoid at all costs. Took the family in after making an appointment in the am. There was only two people, the guy couldn't do the nails right they came out yellow not natural and they are bumpy and horrible. We only got through two pedicures (one at a time) and the nails the kids just skipped it since we seemed to be such an inconvenience to them. This place is horrible. I get the impression they do not like their jobs at all, rude.

When we were in there my daughter was really rush to pick a color so when we went over to have the lady paint her nails I noticed that the two colors did not match so I decided to change them because I'm paying $25 to have them painted I would like them to match. The lady seemed a little bit agitated that I change the colors and was kind of rude however I didn't say anything . Then I proceeded to get my nails done and the guy picked to the two colors based off of the picture that I showed him he wasn't able to do the designs which I was okay with some people just can't do the signs however when he started painting them I told them that the colors didn't match one was red and one was pink and he told me my sweater was pink and that this was red and continue to paint it. When he was done he asked me how my nails looked and I told him they looked good however I still thought the colors didn't match he started talking to the other lady telling her that I didn't like the colors and she was being very rude she told me that I needed to hurry up and pick my color now and that this isn't the first time I change colors and that I don't know what I want being very rude and yelling at me and telling my husband that I don't know what I want but as soon as a customer walked in the act like everything was okay and then didn't like that I had something to say after the customer had walked in it was okay for them to treat me poorly but when I reacted after being treated poorly after a while they were mad at me I refuse to go back and give them my money as I spent over $100 to be treated very badly

I went with two other people. We were rushed and didn't get to enjoy our pedicures at all. They kept excepting more people even when they didn't have enough time to get them in. Staff was rude I think because of them being so busy and trying to rush. Needless to say we will not be going back. Also if you use a debt card they charge you 3 extra dollars to use it.

My friend and I made appointments for manicures. We were the ONLY customers in the salon. The staff was disgruntled because we wanted regular polish, as opposed to gel, which is considerably more expensive and bad for your nails. They rushed our manis and didn't do the usual lotion massage or anything. It was soak, a quick and sloppy job on the cuticles, no filing/shaping, a slight buff, polish application & done. We paid $20 each for a shoddy job and rude techs. We were out in 10 minutes!
