I went to this place yesterday and pay for one deluxe pedicure and one basic. Well, they were done at the same time. It was supposed to be 35 min. and it took about 20. The parafine lasted about 1 min. I know, I could tell her to leave it longer, but they are the experts! It is a rip off!!

I've been going to this place for awhile but the lady I normally saw decided to part ways with the business. So I tried someone new there and it was a HUGE mistake. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and she waxed my left eyebrow almost completely off with a harsh arch that doesn't come close to even matching the other side. So basically I get to walk around looking like I have one eyebrow raised for a couple weeks. "Am I perplexed," you might ask.. nooooo..My guy just keeps telling me, "Stop looking at me funny." Sucks for me, thankfully they grow back. Even after speaking with the owner about the mistake, I wasn't refunded my money which could have definitely been used to buy an eyebrow pencil since I need to draw one on now. I normally don't write reviews, but I wrote one hoping to discourage any and everyone from going there. Please spend your money at another salon.

I tried snappy nails for the first time last Friday. By Sunday my shellac had a chip on the thumb. She fixed it. Then by Tuesday all the rest of them had chips. My shellac normally lasts 3 weeks. I'm never going back.

Don't go there poor service an the staff an owner don't care..they cut your nails to short and are ruff...when you tell them they don't care and talk about you in there language and smile at you...bad place for pedicures...

I did not like my nails. I asked if they can do marble they said no. I asked if they had holographic they said no. I asked if they can do ombré they said no i don’t know if the nail technician I got was just being lazy or if there really not able to do all that. The acrilic is not only in my nail but in the sides of my fingers attached to my skin. I asked for coffin shape and some are shaped that way but not all. I’m a really easy person to satisfy I hardly ever give feedback because I never had such a bad experience that I never felt the need to but today was just so bad that I had to go somewhere els to get my nails fixed.
