I brought my sister-in-law and niece here over the weekend. My niece is 5 and never had her nails done so I thought it’d be a fun experience for her. My SIL has never had a pedicure either. We told them what they wanted and they pushed and pushed and pushed them to get shellac. We said no a bunch of times and finally just gave up. They wouldn’t leave it alone. My nieces nails had paint all over her skin and it didn’t look professional. When it came time to pay, it ended up being 97.00 bucks! The shellac was an extra 50.00 for the both of them. Ridiculous!

Me and my friend went to get Pedis and they were super busy but only had two Pedis techs and one Mani tech. We waited for over 45mins for them to attend to us while we were soaking. We had to ask them to start our massage chairs. My nail tech did not do a bad job but she did not make my toes look or cut even. Had color on my skin. My friends first tech trimmed one of her toe nails too short. Then when another customer came in that wanted a Mani he got up and went right ahead to help her leaving my friend sitting in the chair, waiting on the other tech to finish re --painting another customers toes that she messed up. Once the nail tech came to attend to my friend she was not very friendly. In fact she didnt even do what my friend has asked her to do. She forgot to add some lines as she wanted and got very frustrated, was throwing things around. We will never go back there again. They have horrible service and would not recommend them.

Nail technician filed my nails very roughly and left multiple cuts on multiple fingers. Left with cuts and bleeding to fingers on both hands. Price is different than advertised. They don't do anything with the cuticles. Don't waste your money.

Worst manicure ever. Do not waste your time or money here. The do nothing with your cuticles and barely file your nails. Absolutely horrible. And not to mention over priced for the horrible job.

My $70 full set started falling off after 3 days. I had to go back 3 times in 7 days because I was missing nails. The lady said "I don't care if they were $70 or $100, I don't fix nails for free." I said "I think I'm being pretty friendly having to come in every couple days and wait to get them fixed, considering acrylic is supposed to last at least 2 week and mine didn't even last 3 days." She then says, "I don't care if they last 24 hours. I don't fix nails for free." I have never experienced worse customer service. Or more crooked nails.
