Finally found a new nail salon w GREAT nail techs. I walked in asking for a filling NO appointment. Only waited ten minutes versus waiting half an hour to forty minutes at other salons. They are well staffed, Kevin did my filling and was AMAZING. Just the right shape I wanted and thin, got a massage three times while sitting there. Felt like I was being pampered. Price was only 35$ for everything the nails and the massages were free charge. Highly recommend!

Kiki’s is the BEST. When you enter you’ll probably meet Kiki almost immediately. She runs a tight ship! Everything and everyone is clean and professional. They close at 8 but start cleaning everything at 7:30, and I mean EVERYTHING gets a scrub down. Staff is the best at what they do, meticulous with detail. You pay for it but it’s never unfair pricing and I ALWAYS leave happy. I moved out of this neighborhood years ago, but I come back every 3 weeks to get my nails done by the best of the best.

I love this place I always go there for my spa pedicure with Yolanda she is the best she take her time to take care of you and make you feel the “spa “ in that pedicure I love it !!!

Last week I went to get my acrylics filled. I had them filled once before at KiKis and was going in for a regular biweekly fill. Once the nail tech started taking my color off I realized that not one, not two, but THREE of my nails had FUNGUS on them. Never in my life have I ever had fungus, let alone on three fingers!? I was OBVIOUSLY upset, so instead of the fill, I requested to take my acrylics off and get gems instead. The entire time, Kiki herself and the nail tech were trying to have me keep my acrylics on, even though they told me my nails were extremely thin. Every time I told them, no I would like to just have gel, they would try to upsell me and get me to purchase anything that was greater than the cost of gels and kept on telling me I should get a new set of acrylics. Who has ever heard of recommending someone acrylics when their nails were thin?! To make matters worse, my nails have never been thin before, so the time prior, the nail tech who did my nails shaved them down completely and proceeded to infect my nails. Now, Kiki was inspecting my nails the entire time I was getting them done. She knew I was upset, I expressed it to her and to the nail tech trying to understand how this happened. The kicker is that once my nails we’re done, Kiki disappeared. The nail tech proceeded to charge me FULL PRICE. Not even a $5 discount for the inconvenience. I was pissed and asked to speak with Kiki, who had been there my entire appointment. When he told me she “had left” I could’ve walked out right then. How rude? Here’s the kicker, once I was paying, their card machine stopped working, guess who walked out of the back to solve the problem, KIKI HERSELF. I was fuming, but continued to pay, and leave a generous 20% tip for my nail tech. Now, the quality of my nails were fine when I left, but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not once did Kiki apologized for HER SALON’S mistake. I will not be going back and if you don’t want fungus and would like good customer service I would recommend going to any other salon in Queens.

Went yesterday to get full set and pedicure, but first I needed to soak off my tips that were on already... was told soak off was $5 which is the standard price everywhere. I was taken to the pedicure chair by a nice guy then before I sat down the owner told him in their language something and BOOM the price changed from $5 to $10 for soak off! I asked the guy whyyy?? wth just happened in the matter of 2 minutes he said he did not know and looked really embarrassed. So I went to to the owner and she says O YEAH I FORGOT WE CHANGED THE PRICE TODAY!! LOL OH REALLY? HOW CONVENIENT I CALL BS - needless to say I grabbed my things and left and went to Lily's and the did an amazing job and the soak off was the STANDARD $5! ( WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING) GO TO LILY'S ON 31ST)
