The quality of work is not there… They are not busy at all which is probably for a reason. They don’t listen to what you want done correctly and rush the service. I will not be back. And they have a sign that says No Refunds even if you don’t like it. 👎🏾

Horrible experience first of all I have been going here for years when I lived in Newport News previously and just moved back went in a few times and noticed how much they let the salon go it’s unsanitary and dirty they don’t clean nail stations after each client nor the pedicure tubs or chairs. The service is way over priced for the quality the acrylic set breaks very easily when filled in and when you come back they won’t fix broken nails and insists you did something wrong today was a horrible experience lady yelled at me for flinching when she cut me with a drill and told me it’s no big deal after telling me it’s not her problem my last fill in thumb nail broke only after having it done one day before and has to charge me to fix it I got upset and walked out as the man who previously did my nails begged me to stay which he did a good job in the past but I can’t deal with their rude attitude also while I was waiting for my service I watched them very rudely speak to a older woman and her sister for questioning why she was overcharged five dollars when their flyer states a certain price I recommend a different salon

I chose this salon to get dip powder with tips based on the pictures of some of the work they have done for other clients. There is a HUGE language barrier despite showing them on their own menu what I wanted. I requested dip powder with tips with ombre pink and white nail color. I'm not familiar with the process because I don't get my nails done on a regular. When they started doing my nails I thought I was getting dip powder. However I soon discovered they were doing Acrylic, after one nail I felt it was too late to go back so I just made the best if it. The nail tech burned me on the left hand thumb where my nail meets the skin on the side of my finger. He also cut me on my right hand pinky cuticle area. At the end, the nails were pretty but overly thick. I decided when I came back that I would just get the acrylic soaked off and ask again for dip powder with tips again, to give them a second chance. When I came back they seemed to not understand what I was requesting AGAIN even though I repeatedly showed them on the menu. When the lady started to remove the nails, instead of soaking them she started clipping them, again not familiar with the entire process and thinking they knew better than me. She then began 'prying' the nails off with a tip from the container. I withstood the pain thinking this was normal until the ripped the top of my right hand thumb nail off! (See picture) I told them I no longer wanted nails and wanted to pay and leave. When we got to the register she tried to charge me $10, I asked can I at least pay $5. She said "why?." I said "cause look what you did." She said "no no it's okay I just glue it back." (Glue it back!? There was no wayyy I was about to let that happen 😡😡😡) So I paid the $10 and left. NOT PROFESSIONAL! and I'm pretty sure after research that this was not proper procedure for nail removal! Now I wonder if they are even certified/licensed to do nails or went to school to learn the proper techniques!

I have gone here multiple times over the last couple months, unfortunately my nails “chipped” - I got Gel polish - after only 3-4 days … I always get 2 weeks AT LEAST. I went back, they had the same guy fix them.. fine. 3 days later my polish is now peeling off.. in CHUNKS. I am SO disappointed as I don’t get my nails done often because we don’t have a lot of extra money to do so, but my husband took me for our anniversary. Not to mentioning he clipped my cuticle when he did them the first time and it was bleeding and he acted like nothing happened. Attatched are photos from day of 12/10 Went back 12/14 and then pricture of my GEL polish peeling off 12/18

I’ve been to many nail salons and every single one was decent. Jonle’s however, stood out in every great way possible. Staff is absolutely splendid. Quality of nails is wonderful
