Stood here for almost an hour without seeing an employee. The lady came out and had an attitude about there being a line. . Security camera is pointed towards the floor so it isn't recording anything. I pointed it out to the employee and she refused to fix it. There was atleast 5 packages behind the counter left unattended out of view from the security camera. I am thankful they don't belong to me because it's a miracle they haven't been stolen. Terrible location I will never use UPS again after this!

Today is the 7th time a package has been delivered to the wrong address. I have the house number spray painted on the road in front of my house, 3 places on my mailbox and 2 places on my house. I have done everything I can think of to help the drivers locate our house. We are in an established neighborhood. Our house was built in 1957. It has been here forever. There should be no problem. I have even stopped the drivers and asked what more could I do. All I ever get is “I’m new to the route”. Give me a break! Given the choice, I would never use them as a carrier.

I have never had any problems with the drivers. And I order from Amazon quite afew times a week.
They are always fast and courteous.

Hours posted on website are incorrect. Open 3 to 6 M through F.

I drove all the way over here at 12 in the afternoon just to find out it doesn't open till 3 p.m. are you kidding me. This is ridiculous. Insane
