I would give 0 stars if I could!! The entire experience with this woman was awful. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She schedules her appointments by text message. Really!? I bought my husband a living social voucher for 2 massages with her for his birthday and scheduled both massages for him right away. She canceled the first massage and then refused to reschedule until he came in for the second, at which point she said she no longer had openings before the promotional value of the vouchers was set to expire. How convenient! When I refused to accept that, she sent me a text message that she would no longer work with me and to have my husband call her. Then she had the nerve to call him and say nasty things about me on his voicemail. The whole experience was such a nightmare and she made us so uncomfortable that he didn't want to go back for the second massage. Oh and she makes you undress in her open living room while she's in the kitchen. I'm not sure why she advertises this as a spa because she conducts the massages in her apartment.

If I could give less than 1 start I would. My son purchased a gift certificate for a massage for me back in October. Before Christmas I called her and played phone tag for quite a while. I have never called her and gotten anything except for her voice mail. Finally we scheduled an appointment in mid to late January. On the day of the appointment, she calls and tells me she is cancelling because it is cold outside. We reschedule for early February. I show up for the massage but she never shows. I call her and guess what? Right, no answer. I leave a message. She calls me the next day and tells me I got the appointment wrong, that it was a Tuesday instead of a Wednesday and she waited for me for quite a while. This is impossible, since I have a meeting every Tuesday evening and wouldn't make another appointment then. I am smelling her pants on fire over the phone. She then tells me to get a refund for the certificate. Luckily my son didn't purchase the certificate directly from her, so we have requested my refund and hope to get it soon. Do I need to say I will never deal with her again? I didn't think so.

LESS THEN 1!!!!!! This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I bought my mother a hot stone massage on Living Social for X-Mas and we have tried MULTIPLE times to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment before this coupon expires on 3/11/14. The phone number on the website either goes straight to a voice mail that is full or the ONE time I was able to leave a msg. no one ever called me back. It sounds like there is just the one person and owner, Jan. Word of advice to you Jan, you have no business being an owner if you treat people this way and give poor customer service!!!! So if you end up loosing clientele, that would be why :) I have contacted Living Social as well and they are trying to reach out to Jan to find out what's going on. They have not been successful either. So anyone that has bought something from Living Social or Groupon for this company, I would recommend calling to get a refund before it expires. Even if I were to get ahold of Jan, I would not want my mother to go there. From the past reviews, it sounds like she's all talk and doesn't really know what she's doing.

I absolutely would not recommend this business. I recently bought a Groupon special for a massage. Over the course of two weeks I have left three messages to book the massage. When I still didn't hear back, I decided I would ask Groupon for my money back (thank god they offer that option!) but they thought that it would be best to contact the owner, Jan, and see if she would then contact me. Of course, she contacted me immediately (which I was happy about because I am excited to get my massage :)) but she just complained to me that she had my information in her phone and had called and texted my number (but I never received anything). Of course, thinking that it was just a miscommunication I thought we could work everything out but she just kept yelling at me...complaining how she doesn't like that I contacted customer service. But, in a situation like that, what am I suppose to do if I can't get a response, just lose the money? Coming from a business background myself, I understand that it is business 101 to treat your customers with respect, apologize and move on. Even if you feel that you are in the wrong. But I felt completely degraded as though it was my fault and kept getting ridiculed; even though I was polite, friendly and just trying to forget about the circumstance. She turned what could have been a completely positive experience into the worse I have EVER had with ANY company and I didn't even step foot into the "spa"! Folks, this is not a company you want to waste your time or money with. Even if you don't believe me, research around the other reviews! You deserve the best.

Bought her Winter Spa package which was to include a mini massage, airbrush tan, dry brushing and end with a choclates and a glass of champane. When I booked it probably 2 months ahead of time Jan said it would be a hour and 15 min. total time. So my friend booked hers 1 hour 30 minutes later. So we get there and she now tells us that it's only an hour sesssion because she's trying to get more clients squeezed in. ??? So my friend comes out and she doesn't look tan to me. So I questioned it and Jan claims we chose not to get the tanning part. Everything was set up via email and there was no conversation that we didn't want the tannning part of the package. My friend didn't want to bother but I said I would like it. As she was preparing for me to go in my friend mentions that either she had gas or she had really bad breath because something stuck really bad during her session. I quickly concluded that it was her breath. Ugh! Mini massage was ok, tan was ok, the dry brushing she doesn't know what she is doing, doesn't use proper techniques. The ambiance is very low budget. And when I was done I had to ask for our Champagne which ended up being white wine that was obviously from an already opened bottle. Worst experience ever.
