What a dealership! Buy with confidence. I had stopped looking for a car but Jerry's kept reaching out to get my business. I made an offer that they accepted and I could already tell this was a different kind of dealership just with how they treated me. Further, the plethora of great reviews online were a sign too so I felt comfortable. To me, it was very important to get the car checked out by a third party mechanic before purchasing it and they were very cooperative in letting me do that, no questions asked, no grief over "Well, Sir, we already do thorough inspections so you don't need a third party" that you would get from most dealerships. I drove 4 hours from San Antonio to Dallas. Mario had the car ready to go for me and let me and my wife take it to another dealership to get it checked out. Everything on the car was great and we were on our way in less than an hour (we paid cash, however, so no financing). Mario was a touchdown sales rep, knowledgeable, not pushy, and eager to treat you right and earn your business. Different kind of dealership in a good way, worth your while to check them out. Would recommend to my family in a heart beat. Thanks Mario and Jerry's Hyundai!

I purchased my used 2018 RAM 1500 from Jerry's Hyundai this past weekend. The salesman, Mario, was extremely kind & helpful. My wife wasn't able to leave her work in Fort Worth to come look at the truck after I had viewed it, so Mario drove the truck to her on her lunch break. Ultimately, the coffee he bought me & the time he took to drive the truck for a viewing is a very small price to pay when you're making commission off a sale, but the service that was provided was just what I needed & rightfully deserving of a sale. I appreciate the effort that was provided. Thank you Mario & the Hyundai team!

Jerry’s Hyundai is incredible. My family has purchased six vehicles over the years from this dealership. When you think about buying a car, you dread the thought of the process, but not here, never! Dayana is the best salesperson and Mike, in financing, is so easy to work with. They make the process easy, eager to help you find exactly what you’re looking for at the right price. No hassle. Great buying experience,Mario Rivera couldn't have been any more helpful and courteous. Had a little blip with my trade in ...they handled it without fail...and Mike in F&I...super friendly and very helpful...class act employees these 2 are. Would recommend to any ...go see the professional crew at Jerry's Hyundai...and they will help you in a stress free buying experience.

TLDR: This place is wonderful, along with the staff and especially Salesman Bailey.
We came by this place to look at the new Hyundai Palisade, not thinking we were going to even attempt to purchase the vehicle due to budget constraints. We met with Salesman Bailey and went on the most thorough test drive I have ever been on. He was fun, knowledgeable, and very very friendly. After the drive we went inside to discuss the vehicle and just see where things landed. After some very professional negotiating, Bailey and Jerry's Hyundai cooperated with us and met us exactly where we wanted to be and even added in an extra warranty with our desired pricing. We were in and out in about 3 hours and left very happy and very satisfied. I highly recommend this location and if you see Bailey, tell him I sent ya and tell him hello for me!
