Always make an appt, it's better for timing. They only speak a little English but I have been going there for years. I tell them what shape I want my nails and that I like them on the thicker side and that's the way I walk out. I usually use the same person since I like her.

New massage chairs. Always thorough. Though they don't speak much English, the staff is very friendly.

I've been to this place for pedicure. I found the surroundings filthy. First of all the small towel used to rest my feet on after soaking was dirty. The emery board she used to file down my toe nails was used and full of nail dust from someone else's toe nails. When I mentioned my fear of getting infected from the dirty emery board, she ignored me. The air machine used to dry toe nails was so dirty I could barely see the switch. This place should be shut down or fined at the least. Their price for a pedicure is $25.00 dollars. Awful place. Not one technician spoke English except to tell me the price when I paid. I know they understood English just fine when they answered the phone.

I went yesterday to get acrylics on because my usual places had a wait and i was in a rush, i had this old lady. She was PEELING MY GEL OFF! I asked her if she couls soak them she said “ look its easy” as she ripped it off. You would think she would know thats damaging my nails. She didnt bother to clean them either or make sure they were even before putting the nails on. AND I HAD TO ASK HER IF I COULD WASH MY HANDS! Dirty place. Never again, i left no tip and she watched me sign without writing onee

Can I just say that I will NEVER EVER go to this nail salon again. The lady I had didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted , my nails came out crooked. The manager kept pressuring me to get gel polish after I said no twice. Then the lady who was doing my nails kept pushing my skin down very hard and gripping my hand hard. She also needs to learn how to apply nail polish because she missed some spots. I will stick to going to Metro Nails because my service is welcomed there.
