Don’t go here!! My pedicure lasted 15 minutes, he didn’t clean my toenails, trim dead skin, or exfoliate my foot. My paint job is so transparent and awful that you can see right through it. He also charged me $8 extra for an “exfoliating treatment” that I didn’t know that I agreed to. What an absolute scam. I will never be back!

Love this place...take my mother (90), daughters, and granddaughter there. Extremely nice and very competent people who own it and work there.

I moved to Terre Haute a little over a year ago and have been going to Le Nails since I moved. Today, they lost me as a customer, all thanks to one technician.... Ricky. I've had him before and was not impressed, because the job was rushed and he cut my fingers in multiple places. But other technicians (such as Han *I think that was her name*, Jaden, an older man and the young man with the sleeve tattoo) have been awesome and it was only the one time, so I continued to go. I went there last week to get a mani and pedi for my bachelorette party/bridal shower that were happening over the weekend and had Jaden. Jaden did an amazing job but, unfortunately, I can't wear nail polish where I work. I went in this morning to have the polish removed (since I have no idea how to remove gel polish on my own) and have clear gel applied to protect my nails. I explained that when I signed in, then was directed to Ricky. He soaked my fingers and asked what color I wanted. I said no color, only clear, because I couldn't wear it at work. He started to attempt to peel the gel polish off extremely violently and, you guessed it, cut my middle finger. He soaked my fingers some more and asked if I wanted a manicure. I said no, because I had just been in last week and didn't need one. He asked if I wanted a cut down, I said no because I was trying to grow them for my upcoming wedding, but maybe they could be filed. Apparently he wasn't happy with my answers and that what I wanted wasn't going to make him much money... because two pedicures came in at that time and he left me sitting at his station with my fingers in the bowl. He was communicating to the other staff about what was going on in his language, but I kept hearing the word "manicure" and "clear", so it wasn't TOO hard to figure out he was talking about me. He flat out refused to do it, so Jaden stepped in to take care of my nails for me. He kept carrying on about it and Jaden finally told him to stop, to let it go, and did a great job. But I was appalled at his behavior; how unprofessional do you have to be?? I will never be back. If those of you reading this do continue to go, AVOID RICKY AT ALL COSTS.
