So...we are on vacation and decide to drop in for a quick simple manicure. Its 1pm in the afternoon on a Thursday. There is only one nail tech with a patron. The place is empty. We are told sorry we're booked and we are by appointments only. This is an major tourist attraction city. Yet you can't handle basic tourist requests??? Bad for business. You have no idea who we are but to be so closed minded as to decline services? What message are you sending? Clearly you don't not understand the business.
