I absolutely love Magic Nails! The only nail salon I actually trust to do a good job and they have reasonable prices as well! I'll be a loyal customer for a long time!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SALON. everything about this place is amazing. The ladies in the salon are so sweet and genuinely care about their clients. I’ve had Myra and Sandra and each tome it’s just as amazing as the last. If your looking for a permanent nail spot this is the place!

Little gem of a nail salon. They are extremely friendly and have great nail artists. I highly recommend.

Great salon they did an amazing job on my nails, and toes. It was also affordable. The only little thing that was wrong was I wanted the same color on my nails in toes, the purple was a little off. Other then that they are super nice, friendly & I felt at home when I was there!

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. My husband bought me a gift certificate to Magic Nails for Christmas. The salon is down the street from my work place and I was so hoping to make this my permanent spot for nails. I walked in and had to wait about 10/15 minutes (which was fine). The young lady who did my nails was friendly but seemed to be in a hurry. She seemed to be rushing to finish my acrylics - which we ALL know takes a while (normally!). I felt like she was rushing because I told her I had a gift certificate and didn't want to go over the amount of it. It was around Christmas, I have 3 children and others I had just bought gifts for, and didn't want to spend any more than my husband had already. You can clearly see my natural nail on the sides of almost every single finger. My natural nails were sticking out from under the acrylics. The tips she used obviously did not match my nail size. I have NEVER had this happen when having my nails done in the past. The young lady finished my FULL SET OF ACRYLICS in 30 minutes or less. I did have to stop once she was done with the acrylic (she was about to paint them) because my boss text and needed me to run back to the office to take care of something. After two days my polish was already chipping. Never had this issue with any other salon polish/acrylics. I was so upset about the quality of their work. I called my husband in tears who now refuses to ever pick a nail salon himself again and felt horrible for even getting it in the first place after that. I never get my nails done since I had kids. I have them to take care of and provide for, my husband, bills, etc. I don't do for me. My husband knew it had been over 3 years since I got my nails done and just wanted me to have some me time and do something for myself for a change. I would have been a lifelong customer had my nails been done right....had the situation been taken care of even, I may have considered to go back to another nail tech! I contacted Magic Nails and it took them TWO WEEKS to respond. When they did finally respond, it was a snarky response that seemed to insinuate that the fault was my own. I don't remember doing my own nails, so I'm not sure how that works. The person who responded just seemed to have an attitude and did NOT care. No one said, come back and let us fix it for you! Which would have been great customer service - just something else they lack I guess. They even ended their response with "Sorry we couldn't please you." Lastly, when I posted a review on Facebook, their customers started commenting, bullying, and attacking me. I'm fairly certain they sent their little henchman to do so but can't prove it. Oh well, Karma will come eventually. I did not post this review on Google until now because I honestly just never thought about it. I will be updating this post in the near future with screenshots and photos of my nails. I have the proof to everything stated. Again, if I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people. As I told their "loyal customers" (aka henchmen) on my Facebook review - if you have had your nails done by them and loved it, that is GREAT and I am happy for you! If you had a wonderful experience with them, awesome! I'm glad! However, I did not and there is nothing wrong with me letting other people know about the bad experience! If you had a bad experience or weren't happy with a product, you more than likely let them know or let others know just as I am doing. So, don't turn me into the bad guy here for being honest!
