I come here a lot and it is ok when the owner is present but not when she is not. I called and asked if I can come right away and was told there will be no wait and no problem. I asked 3 times just to make sure, usually it is fine, when the owner is here, but as arrived I was told that there was an appointment and a 20 min wait. I realized that the owner was not there and the staff was just saying whatever.

Really annoyed with this place, used to come here all the time once a week .. haven’t gone in a while due to work came here today, completely unwelcoming .. just got a pedicure felt like the lady was petting my foot the entire time didn’t even let me dry my toes just made me pay felt very uncomfortable the entire time.

Awful experience. I've gone about 3 times spread out over the past year and sadly it has not changed. Sadly i believe the Sr. woman there does not want to do nails for non-Caucasian customers. Every time i've gone they've pushed off my services or stretched it out to the point that it became uncomfortable. Today the sr. woman had me sitting waiting for her to do my nails when she was already done with her customer. I kept looking back and she's sneering at me, just sitting there with a woman already done. The moment i got up and said i'll just pay for my pedicure and leave she said she was done-told the other girl let her pay. Then took another customer. it was disgusting. People like this should not be allowed to have a business here.
