First time doing the SNS and this experience went to the place that I never thought I will have to experience. First I was bleeding on my thumb at the moment I thought it is normal for nail things and then the nail polishes went beyond my nail and I also think it’s something normal for SNS and when I went home, all my friends and families told me this is the worst nail job they have ever seen and I need to get my refund. Today I went back to the place and they just happened to be close. What kind of place that I just went yesterday... all I want is a good experience with a good nail salon but this one totally ruined for me. No more nail things for me. Lisa, my pedicurist, was awesome! She did a thorough job and very friendly. I will come here for my pedicures going forward!!

I've been going to Voila since they opened. Consistently good manicures and pedicures. Staff is friendly and professional.

Horrible service came in at 3 asked if they had room for two they told us yes and helped one of us and not the other didn't start until an hour and 40 mins later on other nails and then stopped and said she cant paint gel and I needed to wait for other lady so I said forget it and they still charged 12 dollars to cut my nails!!! Aftwr waiting forever!
