I would give this place a 0 if I could. This is the worst place I have ever been too! I will never go back. First of all the owner Le couldn't even understand me. I got my nails done and most of them fell off 3 days later 😡 I go back to get them fixed and they were complaining and didn't want to fix them for free they then agree to fix them (not to mentions she was rushing and being rude the whole time) I get them done, two days later one falls off again. Such a fancy place with cheap ass products. WHICH I PAID $50 FOR

We went yesterday and got our nails done. They had actually done a really good job, but we went back today because one of my daughters nails felt loose. We went in and explained what happened. 4 people came in AFTER us and they helped all those people. We waited for an HOUR for something that took less than 5 minutes for them to fix. I was so happy yesterday, I planned to go back...now, I will never go back to this place.

They’re pedicure services are very thorough. They use many products. The salon is clean and relaxing. I love coming here for my pedicures. They are a reasonable price as well.

So this is one of the few nail shops in Colorado that uses “SNS” nail products. This product “claims” it’s organic and it’s healthy for your natural nails..... what they don’t tell you is how the nail tech would be applying the product to your nails. This salon and their nail techs severely shave off layers of your natural nail prior to applying the SNS nail dipping product. Once your natural nails have grown to their desired length and you’re ready to no longer use the SNS product your nails are damaged just as if you were wearing acrylic nails. Using this product defeats the purpose because of the process the nail tech uses prior to dipping your nails. I took the product off at home using the same method they use (acetone) and my natural nails were extremely brittle and broke off because they want to shave off the top of your nails instead of dipping them first. I do not recommend this salon for SNS product because it’s no different then getting acrylic nails. Stick to shellac it’s better and does not require having to file the top of your natural nail bed.
