Love JCPenney. Great store. Lots of choices. All kinds of different prices just depends on what you are looking for. Great sales. Sometimes hard to find someone to ring up your purchase and I hate waiting to give anyone money. Great location don't have to go into the mall to get into the store. Lots of parking. Will definitely go back.......

The JCPenney in the mall is the best one I've to been by far. Everything is so neat and nice there. Staff is willing to help you and the prices are very good for such a big store. They have a wide range of clothes for almost anyone. I loved this place!

I love JcPenney. They have good quality clothing and sales that make them affordable at times too. The customer service at the register was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I am rating it a 3 because it is almost impossible to find someone to help you. In addition, the men's dress shirt section is a disaster. Most shirts on top of piles are orderly but the sizes and styles are intermixed and there were many times I had to crawl under shelving to dig through piles of shirts that were on the floor...very dusty. Due to shirts being mixed and not being reorganized many fell by the wayside into no man's land. This caused sale confusion as well. I still made a purchase because the quality and sale price can't be beat. Unfortunately it just takes a good amount of time to dig through all of the stacks.

Very helpful staff ....and great sales all the time. We always save quite a bit of money. The store is always very very hot though. They always have fans out itd be nice if they could fix the air conditioning

Jcpenneys has the best sales ever! If you go online, you can get coupons that you can use in store! You can save tons of money and look great too! They have a glasses and contact dept now as well with competitive pricing!
