They are very un organized. Make an appointment but still have to wait. Called to make an appointment they said at the time I wanted to make an appointment I didn’t need to, just come in. I go in and there will be an hour wait! Really. The times before I asked for a certain person, get there and they are working on someone else! So this place in very unprofessional and I will never use again!!!

I love places that honor appointments! My daughter and I both get nails and toes done here and it’s great service!

i never leave reviews. but this is the worst place possible to get your nails done, i usually come about every 3 weeks for a manicure, this last time i came i walked in, they were not busy and sat me down right away, i sat down and they filed my nails, a group of young girls walked in, about 7 of them, she immediately got up and walked away and sat at a different table and started on their nails. i waited, she did 2 of the young girls nails and then sat down the third one. i was very upset, they ignored me and had the worst attitudes i’ve ever dealt with. and it was my birthday. NEVER going there again.

They have the worst customer service. Very picky on who they treat with respect vs careless .
