She doesn't even get a star. If you are twenty and want to look 40 please go to her. She made my thin hair look even thinner. The layers were all over the place, she has no respect for time and takes a long time to cut the hair. Also, she talks in a different language with her assistant. I am not sure if she is talking about you or someone else. Way over priced and she says she includes taxes but i think there is some shady business going on. The prices are not even listed...She thinks she knows a lot but sorry if you want to look forty years older then please use her... I don't understand how a stylist decides to make your thin hair thinner... I thought the idea was to make it look fuller... not going ever again....
