Love it here. I've been to many of the technicians and they are all great. Always accommodating and very clean too which is most important!

I started working in Stoneham so decided to give this place a try. Not only was the technician rude and unpersonable, she was very aggressive and clearly annoyed that she had a customer. My nails came out ok but I vowed never to go back. 3 weeks later, some of my nails are broken and I have gel that I can't get off. I decided to go back on my lunch break to have someone remove the gel. I had the same technician who was again rude and unpersonable. Not only that, but the entire time she was taking the gel off my nails she had a very obvious disgusted look on her face. I have been getting my nails done for close to 20 years and have never felt as uncomfortable as I did today. Im super easy going and understanding so it is unlike me to go out of my way to write a review however, Im not sure why this woman works at a nail salon if she is clearly miseraeble. Would not recommend.

Got a Brazilian and underarm wax here. Everyone was so nice and the salon was so clean, calming, and beautiful. My Waxoligist was Christina. She's great. She keeps a good conversation, made me feel at ease during my first time waxing and she was done in about 20min. All for a great price! I am looking forward to coming back!

Great prices, well done, kind staff, we didn’t feel rushed at all and the wait time was about 10 minuets at most
