Not friendly or professional. As I sat with my feet soaking in luke warm water the owner/manger assisted other customers that came in after me. Additionally, my gel polish chipped while washing dishes. The only reason I am going back is to have it fixed. I will never go back again.

I hate going for pedicure and manicure to place where the Chinese ladies keep talking in their language about people's feet and hands. They don't engage with their customers. And they try to do their job as fast as possible to get in and out the customers. And they don't do a great job because they are always rushing.

It's very busy obviously because the price for mani/pedi is only $25 & the location. I waited for about 10 min & was very pleased with the results. Place looked very clean & organized &the people are very catering to your needs. I asked for a difficult design with rhinestones on my toes & they did an amazing job! I will definitely be back! This IS the best (of 5 places I've previously tried) in ELK GROVE!
