My daughter and her friend went here today and the staff was rude, refused to do the shape of nails my daughter requested. The finished nails are atrocious! They look like the plastic nails you can buy at the dollar store and just glue on! My daughter also did not like the color she picked(she requested plain white and was told she could not get white). After the polish was applied on the first nail my daughter asked if she could pick a different color And the employee said no. I am contemplating going up there Monday, since they are closed on Sundays, and requesting a full refund!

I am really big on customer service, so when I walk into an establishment I expect someone to say "Hello" which they didn't. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first, but now I see that they're just rude.
It's no point in making an appointment because they will not honor it and try to keep you waiting.
Definitely not worth leaving a tip let alone returning to.

I love Holly and Ben. They always do an amazing job! I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my nails but them. 😍 I feel very comfortable when I visit them. They remember their customers and check up on them. Not to mention, they're hilarious. They always keep me laughing.

I got fantastic customer service and a quality and beautiful shellac manicure (with French tip), all at a very reasonable price!!
