Many thanks to JIM in the parts department for helping me out. He knows RV's and was able to help me out right away. We're winterizing our RV and there's a lot to remember. JIM was patient and encouraged me to take as much time as I needed. Thanks for having friendly, knowledgeable people at your parts counter. I look forward to coming back again and again.

One star is too generous. Nearly two months after agreeing on a price to buy back a unit that I had purchased from them 5 years earlier, I received a call from the owner that due to necessary repairs, he would not honor the agreement. This happened after originally waiting a week to get a quote because I was told "only the owner could give you a price" and would require an inspection by the service department. The original price, that was well below the "Blue Book" value, was low due to repairs required to make the unit salable. Unfortunately, I feel that this "bait and switch" approach to business is normal operating procedure. To add salt to the wound, I was presented with a ridiculously inflated bill for services I did not request! Don't walk away from this establishment, run as fast as you can.

John Paul was amazing! We traveled 6 hours to look at a trailer and he really made it a great and easy experience for us! He was so friendly and nice to talk with and answered all of our questions. This is our first trailer purchase and he let us know everything we would need in order to tow it. He really worked with our schedules and we EXTREMELY appreciate that he told us about all details and possible issues that may have changed our minds before we started our 6 hour drive over. The trailer is great and we are very excited to now own it!
