Helen is a great lady and she take pride in her work. She also makes sure you are very satisfied with her work..I really appreciate Q nails for hiring people who make you feel special. Keep up the good work a customer for life.

Have been getting my gel manicure and regular pedicure with Nancy for more than 5 years. I used to live a block away from the shop and now live 10 miles away but regardless choose to still come here because of the service. I recommend setting an appointment because they get pretty busy. The prices are reasonable and they are very friendly. I recommend them 100%.

I went to get my ingrown toenail taken care of, and Emily ( she is sadly no longer working here), did my pedicure, and she was wonderful, she was very good at her job, I would give it give stars, but she's no longer there!!
If anyone knows where she went, please let me know, she did good work!

Jen did my nails. (She is the very glitz and glam gal with heavy make up and pink everything.) She came highly recommended. I was getting my nails done for an awards show. I told her I wanted a beach on one nail and the color of the ocean from the beach as the shell in the other nail. (To color coordinate). What came out at the end was a disaster. It was 2 completely different nails that did not match at all. I was super polite about it although I was unhappy and she's the one to refuse to work on me ever again. I couldn't believe this woman. She is the one the messed up and her response is, I won't do your nails again. Take a look at the pictures for yourself. I look like I was a nail model for someone training different techniques. I would not use the girl again based on how she treats her clients. Not to mention, she also took forever.
