We got there an hour and a half before they closed and left an hour and a half after they closed. She was giving us dirty looks, and when she was filing the nails it was very painful for us. The nail shape also could’ve been better.

Staff is friendly but the manager is very rude and gets irritated when questions about services or proces are asked. I had a bad experience few years back but returned recently due to proximity and was disappointed again.

Nails look wonderful, service was awesome. Received a hand massage and a neck shoulder massage. Will definitely be going back.
