Went to this salon for the first time last Monday cause I didn’t wanna drive to Carrollton where I usually go. Just wanted to try and find somewhere in Ft Worth since I live here currently. NEVER NEVER again. First the staff us friendly but the lady that did my nails did poor job. I had one nail crack on Christmas then another one a day later. Went and got fixed when I got back in town on Sunday. And they charged me to fix them. Now here it is last night another one broke. I’m not rough on my nails just simple stuff so I wouldn’t recommend going there.

This place is really down to earth. Lisa is really nice speaks English very well. She did my eyebrows and nails. I was really happy with the outcome of the service she provided me. She’s so funny and I definitely felt relaxed. I will be coming back I loved Lisa’s and her crews vibe.

Love the ladies. Lisa is great at her craft. Her down to earth attitude is humorous. No place like home.

The older woman hurt my cuticles really badly with the machine she said sorry. My nails look uneven and the sizes do not match but then again that's what ya get from inside a Walmart.

I made the mistake of going early and found there was only one lady working, at the time. That wasn't the problem, I was the only customer. She set me up for my pedicure and started asking me to pay in cash. I said I was paying with my debit so she suggested I get cash from an ATM. She did a horrible job, barely touched me and my polish was so bad that I had to go home and redo it. When I paid, she noticed I hadn't added a tip. She asked if I would be tipping in cash. I shook my head and informed her that I did not intend to tip. I explained that, for me, a pedicure is a treat, a time to relax. She pestered me about money, no doubt she wanted to pocket the money and that is between her and her employer. I left and she actually tried to follow me! Never again.
