I really wish I could give zero Stars because they really are scamming at this location. They have a menu at the front that has loose prices and then by the time you're done you're paying hundreds of dollars for subpar work. My daughter got a very basic medium set and they charged her $110 for basic nail art the nails are probably like 80 bucks at best they charged me $158 for my set which has basic designs and nail paint as well however my nails are pretty long but even still any other place I went to I would be paying maybe $90 for the set that I got when all said is done I walked out paying $320 with tip included for two full sets and two pedicures to me that's kind of ridiculous for the quality of work that came out and when I questioned it they tell me it's because of the length when I was there they look decent but once I got out of there and I was able to really examine my nails are so thick that they're heavy and they hurt. My daughter's nails turned out very cute but they're definitely not worth $110

Vivian gave my sister the best service, I recommend her, Logan, or Henry. She’s very nice & makes you feel comfortable. Also, she does some of the best work! On the other hand, Megan started my service but I did not feel comfortable with her because she wasn’t attentive to my needs and when I brought it up she gave off an attitude. Then I was switched to another tech which did a great job but she gave the tip I left for her to Megan which I believe was wrong especially if I am standing right in front of them. I don’t think a tech who wasn’t attentive to my needs should receive the tip.

I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews. My mother and I went to this nail salon today and got two gel pedicures and two dip powder manicures with extension. I originally asked for coffin shaped nails but they were cut down too short, so I opted for the almond shape. My nails look an absolute mess. They came out uneven. During the process I mentioned to the nail tech that both of my middle fingers look tiny in comparison to the rest of my hands. She said she would file them to make them look better. After no noticeable change, I asked another nail tech her perspective, she told me I should’ve said something before and both the nails had to be redone. The nails were redone and they still came out looking horrible. I’m so disappointed and embarrassed. I can’t believe they let me out with my hands looking like this. I’m livid. I would never go to this salon again or recommend anyone go here. My hands look disgusting.

I come here every now and then. Today I walked in and was skeptical of a new tech there, Laura. However, I was super pleased. She is professional, thorough, polite, knowledgeable and takes her time. I’m glad I gave her a chance and I wish her all the best with her new endeavor.

Spend $338 for me and kids for the nails polish to just come off the next day smh.They fixed it and I change the color or mines jus for the new gel color I pick to come off the next day 😟now I'm on my way back smh.
